Today I began using the "div" tag, which is short for "division". Basically it's a way to split up the body into multiple pieces. I made it so if you were to hover the mouse over a div, the opacity will become 100% from 60%, it makes a neat way of showing whats needed, when it's needed.
I also created a warning page that warns you to use Mozilla Firefox, because internet explorer isn't very up to date with CSS3.
As long as its validated, the site is fine. It's up to the reader to choose an appropriate browser, though I don't know if a "warning" is quite what's needed.
